Status quo, you know, is Latin for ‘the mess we’re in’ — Ronald Reagan This video aligns so much with my philosophy of why learning has to change. We have allowed our children for too long to be educated in a system centered around approval, control, the need to be right and threats. It should be society’s collective goal to wish for all children to grow up curious, ready to question the status quo and to live a life of play. We collectively have to influence the education system to go from competition and winning to connection, innovation, collaboration and creativity. I watched this video 3 years ago and it forms a part of all my leadership training.
