Why did schools in India still reflect the architecture of the Industrial Age? Why were children wearing British blazers in tropical heat? Why had inherited traditions become accepted truths? That relentless habit of questioning first principles evolved into a three-decade exploration of human potential, conscious learning and the future of education.

Yet our brains were never designed for a world this interconnected or this powerful. They evolved to detect threats, seek certainty and protect the self. Fear creates scarcity. Scarcity creates division. Division creates conflict.
The next evolution of humanity will not come from more technology. It will come from greater inner literacy…the capacity to understand our own minds, regulate our emotions, question our assumptions and recognise our interconnectedness.
