In conversation with Marisa Peer
As part of my series, I connected with thought leaders from across the world. One such person I spoke to was Marisa Peer who is a world-renowned speaker, Rapid Transformational Therapy trainer and best-selling author. According to her children are supposed to be who they authentically are. Not what parents, school and society want them to be. Children need to be and feel loved and ‘enough’ not because of the grades, awards and accolades they earn, but because we were all born ‘whole’ and ‘enough’ and worthy of love. My philosophy of learning has always been that the purpose of being 3 is to enjoy being 3… and not to get ready for becoming 25. Each day of learning must be joyful, meaningful and effective. In fact, I founded Korroboree online school to help children thrive and live authentically.
